The Story |
|
In the begining there was darkness.
Then, fourth from the chaos came The Creator.
Whom with a single breath, brought forth from the nothingness a flat world with two sides.
One on which, a warm sun shone brightly on the fertile lands.
The other housing creatures dwelling in eternal darkness on barren fields.
Their lives deformed and tormented with the desperate drive against the nourishing light, the dark creatures evolved into beings of unspeakable horror with nightmarish appearance.
On the light side, a epic battle raged between the gods of the Flatworld and the ancient Titans. After battering and almost breaching the very doors to the hall of the gods, they were finally imprisoned in a tomb of ice, and placed below the deepest of mountains in XXX, never to be allowed into the world again.
In the meantime, on the dark side, driven with envy and a burning hatred towards the light, one single sovereign ruler rose above them all
gathering the pityfull remnants of the dark creatures, and brougth forth his iron reign of terror.
Swearing the purpose of his unnatural long life to be the destruction of the light, he ruled his minions to search every crack and every possible way to enter the light side of the Flatworld.
All his attemps were in vain.
For eons and millinia the two side lived unaware of each others existence.
Until the dawn of the moongates.
Until now.
